Orders are non-refundable, but you may cancel your order within 24 hours from placing it. Once the order has reached the customer, it is not eligible for a return or exchange.
Exceptions to our refund policy include damaged or defective products, to be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Before returning your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com to guide you through the refund shipping instructions. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the order. You will be responsible shipping charges.
